- Children under 3 years old do not occupy a seat and are only charged an administrative insurance fee of $100 per person. Children 3 years and older are charged the same adult price.

- Activity Completion: If the group cannot be completed due to insufficient number of participants, you will be notified before the trip to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- This itinerary is not compatible with the light show concert, as the light show schedule may be adjusted due to weather conditions and may be moved forward or delayed. For guests wishing to attend the light show concert, we recommend the Taitung Hot Air Balloon Fiesta charter service, which offers flexible arrangements.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1-3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the above cancellation policy.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
