- Children aged 0-1 can join the Seoul Chartered Self-Guided Day Tour for free, but no separate seats will be provided.
- Children aged 2 and above are counted as one passenger.

- The Seoul Chartered Self-Guided Day Tour lasts 10 hours, including any delays. If the guest is late, a 30,000 KRW overtime fee will be charged on-site for each hour of delay.
- If you need to change to a larger car model due to excess luggage, the additional fees incurred must be paid to the driver on site.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 8 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-7 days (including the 7th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A 10% handling fee will be deducted from the booking fee before the refund. Alternatively, the participant can choose to reschedule the event, in which case no refund will be made.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
