Travel Notes

[Booking Instructions]
． The recommended age for the Northeast Jiao Dragon Cave diving activity is 12 years and older, and in good health.
． Pregnant women are not recommended to participate if they have a cold, high blood pressure, diabetes, epilepsy, or heart disease.
． If you require the free round-trip shuttle, please arrive at Ruifang Station 30 minutes before the activity (departs at 8:30 AM for the morning session and 1:30 PM for the afternoon session). Please select the shuttle option in advance when booking; last-minute requests will not be accepted.
． To prevent decompression sickness (commonly known as decompression sickness), please refrain from flying or climbing within 12 hours before or after the Northeast Jiao Dragon Cave diving activity.
[Trip Instructions]
． The Northeast Jiao Dragon Cave diving activity provides complete diving equipment, including prescription masks. Please indicate the prescription and quantity of masks required in the "Passenger Notes" field during booking. All Northeast Coast Dragon Cave diving activities are insured. Please follow the instructor's instructions during the experience. Failure to follow the instructor's instructions or disobey warnings will result in the instructor's right to terminate the activity immediately and without refund.

Please meet on time for the Northeast Coast Dragon Cave diving activity. No refunds will be given if you are separated from the group or cannot meet up due to personal reasons.

If the Central Weather Bureau issues a typhoon warning, the trip will be automatically canceled and a full refund will be issued.

If the Central Weather Bureau issues a high wave forecast, the trip will be canceled within 24 hours and a full refund will be issued.

If the weather forecast is favorable but the water conditions on site are clearly unsuitable for diving, the on-site instructor will decide whether to cancel the trip. You can postpone the trip to another date, but no refund will be given.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4 to 6 days prior to the start of the trip (inclusive) will incur a 50% handling fee.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the activity is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.) before departure, the organizer will determine whether to cancel the activity. The participant may choose to reschedule the activity or receive a full refund.

To participate in the Northeast Coast Dragon Cave diving activity, you can choose to go to the Bitou Coast Dragon Cave Bay Marine Park on your own, or you can meet at the Ruifang Station Tourist Service Center and take a free shuttle bus.
