Travel Notes

1. The tour start time is based on the connecting ferry's port arrival time.
2. For group tours, passengers must gather on the deck in advance for disembarkation (the actual schedule will be communicated three days prior to departure).
3. For group tours, to protect the rights of all passengers, if you do not meet for the bus before 11:00 AM Taiwan time, the bus will depart as scheduled. Failure to meet will be considered a cancellation and no refund will be granted.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 14 days before the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 10-13 days (including the 10th day) before the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 7-9 days (including the 7th day) before the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 4th day) before the start of the trip will incur a 60% handling fee.

Cancellations made 2-3 days (including the 2nd day) before the start of the trip will incur a 70% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1 day before the start of the trip will incur an 80% handling fee.

Cancellations made on the start day of the trip are not eligible for a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued after deducting a 10% handling fee. Alternatively, you can choose to reschedule your event, in which case no payment will be deducted.

If a request to reschedule is made due to personal reasons, it will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

If you cancel your participation during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
