Travel Notes

[ Booking Instructions ]
． This experience is suitable for children aged 7 and above and must travel with an adult in the same boat.
． If you have a large group of children, we recommend the Indian Boat Experience. Each boat can accommodate up to 4 people, making it suitable for the whole family.
． Pregnant women and those with medical conditions should not register for the canoe experience. If you are found to be ineligible on site, you will not be able to participate.
[ Group Information ]
． This canoe experience is for a minimum of 6 people. If you are unable to complete the group due to insufficient numbers, we will notify you before the trip and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
． Pre-trip information and contact information will be announced three days prior to departure. Please check your member inbox.

[ Itinerary Information ]
． The experience will be held at the Longmen Camping Area. The camping entrance fee is included in the activity fee, but parking is not included. Please pay for it on-site. If your companions are not participating in the Fulong Canoe Experience, they will also need to pay for their own entrance fees on-site.
． Canoeing is a water activity, so splashing is common. Toilets and hot water restrooms are available on-site.
． It is important to stay hydrated while canoeing. Drinking water is available on-site, so please bring your own water bottle. Lockers are available on-site for personal belongings.

Tour Pricing

The cost includes:

- Professional instructor
- Kayak equipment: 2-person kayak, paddles, life jackets
- Camping entrance fee
- Locker use
- Activity insurance

The cost does not include:

- Parking fees at the campsite (payable on-site)
- Items not listed in this itinerary
- Personal expenses

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1-3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the above cancellation policy.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
