Travel Notes

- If you have any special dietary requirements or food allergies, please inform our customer service in advance after registration so we can accommodate them.
- As Dongmen Market is closed on Mondays, no registration is open.
- Please don't overeat on breakfast; there are plenty of delicious market dishes waiting for you!
- The private cooking class menu varies daily; please refer to the "More" section in the "About the Itinerary" section above for more information.
- Please be sure to meet up on time on the day. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your group will proceed to Dongmen Market and will not be able to wait. No refunds will be given if you are separated from the group or cannot meet up due to personal reasons.
- We welcome small group tours. Private cooking classes are suitable for up to 15 people. The private cooking menu and course content can be customized to your preferences. If you require a group tour, please contact our customer service team and they will assist you in planning it.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1-3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the above cancellation policy.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
