． River tracing activities are suitable for children aged 6 and above. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent at all times.
． The Zhongkeng Creek tracing route offers diverse terrain and is suitable for those with outdoor experience and basic physical fitness. It is also suitable for first-time river tracing travelers.
． Please ensure you are in good health before registering. Those with heart disease, high blood pressure, or pregnancy, who are not suitable for this experience, should not register for the Banping Creek Dagui Waterfall tracing activity.
． Those with acute or chronic medical conditions should consult a doctor before participating.
． Please provide complete participant information during the booking process. When specifying your foot size, please indicate the distance from toe to heel (cm). Those with wider feet may wish to choose a larger shoe size for greater comfort.
． If you don't have transportation, you can purchase a shared ride from Nangang MRT Station. The shuttle typically departs at 7:30 AM. Each shuttle requires at least 4 people. If the number of people sharing the bus is insufficient, a refund will be issued 3 days in advance. Please find alternative transportation; this cannot be used as a reason for cancellation.

. The river tracing activity requires 7 people per group, with a maximum of 30 people. Groups exceeding the limit may depart separately. If the group is unable to depart due to insufficient numbers, a rescheduling or refund will usually be issued at least 5 days in advance.

. The meeting time may be adjusted up to 30 minutes in advance due to seasonal factors, number of people, and service quality. Please refer to the meeting time stated in the pre-trip notification.

. Pre-trip information (meeting time and location, precautions, and the instructor's contact number) will be sent 2-3 days before the activity.

During the trek, a hearty lunch of noodles or rice balls and bread will be provided by the river. Vegetarian options are available.

After the trek, changing tents will be available on site (showers are not available).

The trekking experience may be adjusted based on the individual participant's condition and weather conditions.

If the activity has already begun, pre-trip training has been completed, and the group has departed, there will be no refunds for passengers who are unable to join the tour due to delays in meeting up.

Due to individual health conditions, such as discomfort, there will be no refunds for passengers who are unable to attend or are absent.

If the on-site instructor determines that the weather is unfavorable or safety concerns make the activity unsuitable, the activity will be canceled. Refunds will be made after deducting an insurance fee of NT$100 per person.
