Okinawa Kerama Diving Experience Tour (Includes designated transfers and lunch)

– The age limit for the dive experience is 10-60 years old. Pregnant women are not permitted.
– For safety reasons, please do not fly within 18 hours of the dive.
– For safety reasons, participants must wear a wetsuit or life jacket.
– We will try to arrange a dive instructor who speaks your native language (Chinese/English/Korean). However, due to staff shortages, this may not be possible. Please understand.
– The above travel time and arrival time may vary slightly depending on weather and sea conditions.
– To protect our oceans, please help reduce waste.
– Please bring your own swimsuit and a change of clothes on the day of the dive. Showers, toilets, and changing rooms are available on board.
– The half-day dive experience will only visit one dive site. Kerama has over 50 dive sites. The captain will determine the dive site each day based on weather and sea conditions.

• Do you have frequent colds, sinusitis, or bronchitis?

• Do you have any lung disease?

• Do you have a pneumothorax (collapsed lung)?

• Have you had any other chest disease or chest surgery?

• Do you have any mental or psychological problems or distress (panic attacks, autism, agoraphobia)? Do you have epilepsy, seizures, or are you currently taking medication for these conditions? Do you have frequent headaches or are you currently taking medication for these conditions? Do you have ever lost consciousness or fainted (whether total or partial)? Do you have any severe, recurring illnesses? Do you have diarrhea or dehydration requiring medical attention? Have you had any accidents or decompression sickness from diving? Have you had a brain injury resulting in loss of consciousness in the past 5 years? Do you have back problems? Have you had back or spinal surgery? If so, are there any residual effects? Do you have diabetes? Have you ever had injuries, surgeries, or fractures on your arms or legs? If so, are there any residual effects? Do you have high blood pressure or are you currently taking medication for these conditions? Do you have heart disease? If so, have you ever had a heart attack? Have you had angina, heart surgery, or vascular surgery? Do you have any other medical conditions? Have you had sinus node or paranasal surgery?
