The cost includes:
- Transportation by nine-seater premium commercial vehicle

The cost does not include:
Chartering is a transportation service and does not include Wuling Farm tickets, lunch, and any other expenses not specified in the itinerary, self-funded expenses, or any expenses incurred in connection with the itinerary.
Cancellations made 31 days prior to the start of a trip will incur a 10% handling fee.
Cancellations made 21-30 days (including the 30th day) prior to the start of a trip will incur a 20% handling fee.
Cancellations made 11-20 days (including the 20th day) prior to the start of a trip will incur a 30% handling fee.
Cancellations made 4-10 days (including the 10th day) prior to the start of a trip will incur a 50% handling fee.
Cancellations made 3 days prior to the start of a trip (including the 1st day) will incur a 100% handling fee.
Cancellations made on the day of the trip are non-refundable.
If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.
Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy above.
If the participant cancels the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
