Travel Notes

- For every two adults on the Munsu Temple Double Cherry Blossom Day Tour, one infant under three years old can travel free of charge. This infant does not occupy a seat and does not receive admission or lunch.
- If a tourist attraction or restaurant charges admission or meals for children under three years old, these fees will be paid on-site.
- Upon departure, distilled water, breakfast, and beverages will be provided for each guest on the bus.
- The number of cherry blossoms on the Munsu Temple Double Cherry Blossom Day Tour is subject to natural factors. We kindly ask that you arrive at the scheduled departure time even in the event of rain.
- Due to frequent traffic congestion in South Korea, we strongly recommend that you avoid arriving in South Korea on the first day or returning to South Korea on the last day of the tour to avoid missing your flight or meeting up.
- Please arrive at the meeting point on time. Latecomers will not be accommodated. If the meeting time remains unchanged, we will not contact you individually before departure. Please arrive at the meeting point on time as originally scheduled in your itinerary. If the meeting time is changed, our staff will contact you via WhatsApp, Line, or WeChat one to two days before departure.
- Due to the diverse culinary culture in Korea, most restaurants only offer one menu. Meals are pre-ordered on a consolidated basis. If you have special dietary requirements, such as vegetarianism or food allergies, please prepare them yourself. However, please note that no refunds will be given.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A full refund may be offered, or the participant may choose to reschedule the event.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
