- Reserved Seating (Seated A) Regulations | Okinawa Ryukyu Umiren Festival Tickets –
1. Reserved seating at the Umiren Festival consists of chairs and is not open seating. Adults (6 years and older): Official price JPY 8,500/ticket (including chair).
2. Children under 6 years old (or preschool age) are free if held by an adult (without occupying a seat); otherwise, a ticket is required. One adult can bring one child (held on their lap), but no seat is provided; a ticket is required for a separate seat.
3. Reserved seating under this scheme will be assigned to the same area; seat selection is not possible.
4. The reserved seating area for the Umiren Festival will be determined by the organizer.
- General Admission Ticket (Open Seating) Regulations –
1. One ticket per person, valid only on the day of purchase.
2. Children under 6 years old enter free, accompanied by an adult. 3. Children under 6 years old must be accompanied by an adult. The organizer reserves the right to modify the admission rules for children aged 0-6.
- Shuttle Bus Information –
1. The estimated return time for the Haiyan Festival is 20:30. Buses will depart when full; please board in order.
2. Children under 6 years old can ride for free (must be held on an adult's lap). If a seat is required, a shuttle bus fee will apply.
3. To facilitate a smooth trip, a LINE communication group will be created. Please pay attention to pre-trip notifications (sent via email).

1. Full payment is required for registration to confirm successful registration. No refunds or cancellations are possible after registration is complete.
2. No refunds will be given for delays due to road conditions or accidents, or for cancellations due to force majeure events after departure. We apologize for any inconvenience. 3. 4. There are restrooms available at multiple locations within the Ryukyu Umi Fire Festival venue, but due to the large number of attendees, there may be waiting times. We apologize for any inconvenience.
5. The event will proceed as scheduled even in rainy weather. However, if severe weather (strong winds, heavy rain, large waves, etc.) prevents the event from proceeding safely, the event will be cancelled. Additionally, the fireworks festival may be interrupted if the weather becomes extremely bad after it begins; in this case, no refunds will be issued. We apologize for any inconvenience.
6. No compensation will be provided for any additional travel expenses incurred due to the cancellation or postponement of the Umi Fire Festival performance. We apologize for any inconvenience.
7. Lost or damaged Umi Fire Festival tickets will not be reissued. This product is non-resaleable.
8. Please follow the instructions of the staff at the Umi Fire Festival. Inappropriate behavior will result in mandatory removal without a refund. 9. Please be careful as debris from fireworks may fall during the Sea Flame Festival.
10. No compensation will be provided for accidents or theft occurring inside or outside the Sea Flame Festival venue.
11. Tents, tables, chairs, lounge chairs, and refrigerators are prohibited.
12. Food and drinks purchased outside the Sea Flame Festival venue are prohibited (food and drinks purchased inside the venue may be brought into the beach area; however, food skewered with bamboo handles is prohibited to prevent accidents).
13. Gunpowder and flammable materials are prohibited.
14. Smokers are only allowed to smoke in designated areas.
15. Tripods are prohibited.
16. When using an umbrella, please ensure it does not obstruct your view behind you. Staff may instruct others not to use umbrellas in strong winds to avoid danger. 17. It is recommended to bring a raincoat, jacket, and flashlight (the lights will be turned off after the fireworks begin, and it can be used for simple lighting when going to the restroom).
18. This product does not include tickets for the Ryukyu Umi Flame Festival.
19. All rights to the tickets are non-transferable.
20. Seating numbers cannot be confirmed in advance, and seating in the same row is not guaranteed.
