． When booking, please specify "Number of passengers (adults/children)" + "Number of luggage (size)" in the "Notes" section.
． According to Japanese law, infants under 6 years old must use a baby seat when riding. If necessary, please make a reservation in advance when booking.
． After booking, please enter the "Meeting Location" in the passenger information section. Please ensure the full location is provided for easy arrangement.
． This tour will primarily feature a Chinese-speaking driver and guide, but arrangements may be made based on availability.
． Actual highway tolls and parking fees for this tour will be paid in cash to the driver on the day of the tour.
． An overtime fee of 5,000 yen per hour will be charged on site. Service time is calculated from the designated service start time. Traffic jams, typhoons, and other unforeseen circumstances will also count towards the service time. Please note.
[ Luggage Information ]
． If you have a lot of luggage or large luggage, please book a suitable vehicle that can accommodate all of your luggage. Any additional charges incurred due to the number of passengers and luggage not meeting the vehicle's recommended capacity will be the passenger's responsibility.

If the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle, we may negotiate a different vehicle. However, the operator reserves the right to refuse service and will not refund. Thank you for your cooperation.

． The driver and guide will contact you via the messaging app at least one day before departure. Please ensure that you have a good internet connection and your messaging app is set to public.
This Fox Village and Ginzan Onsen charter tour may allow the tour guide to adjust the itinerary order based on the number of people, events, or weather conditions. Please be aware of this.

Upon arrival at Ginzan Onsen, you may choose to soak your feet in the hot springs. Please bring your own towel.
[Safety Tips]

To ensure the best experience for every visitor, please adhere to the following Fox Village safety rules.

Never touch the foxes in the roaming area, and always stay on designated paths.

Avoid wearing flowing skirts, wide-leg pants, clothing with dangling ornaments, or earrings, as these may attract foxes and cause them to mistake them for food, resulting in a bite risk.

Because foxes are very curious and particularly interested in children, children under three years old must be held securely at all times in the roaming area and must not be out of sight or put into the animal enclosures. Children under five years old are prohibited from feeding foxes.
