1. One ticket per person. Scan the barcode for admission. An electronic voucher will be emailed to your inbox for printing.
2. Adult tickets are valid for ages 13-59; child tickets are valid for ages 4-12. Children under 4 years old are free.
3. Please select any day of admission within the valid period on your ticket. Expiration of your ticket will be considered a forfeit and no refund will be given.
4. Your ticket can only be used once within its valid period.
5. Once you order your ticket, the transaction is complete. All completed and confirmed transactions cannot be cancelled, modified, refunded, or exchanged. Please allow 3-4 business days for ticket processing (excluding holidays).
6. Please carefully read the ticket details, terms of use, scope of use, and expiration date before purchasing.
7. Those under 18 must obtain parental consent before purchasing.
8. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with any other discounts.
9. This ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or change. Expired or torn tickets will not be exchanged or refunded.
10. This ticket is non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
11. This ticket will be invalid if lost, altered, damaged beyond recognition, or photocopied. No replacement will be issued. Please keep it in a safe place.
12. Ticket-related promotions may be offered from time to time. Promotions may be lower than the price listed above. No refunds or returns will be accepted for any difference in price due to any promotions. We apologize for any inconvenience.
13. The above ticket prices are subject to change based on exchange rates without prior notice.
