Before daybreak, head to Alishan Station to catch the Zhushan Line train to watch the Alishan sunrise (approximately 25 minutes).
Zhushan Station is Taiwan's highest train station and a renowned spot for viewing the sunrise and sea of clouds. It's also home to a Taiwanese-built high-altitude train, making it feel like you're in the clouds—a photographer's paradise. (Train departure times vary seasonally.)

★ In response to the global COVID-19 pandemic, the interior of the vehicle will be disinfected every four hours (especially on frequently touched areas such as door handles, rear seats, and headrest screens). Alcohol will also be provided. We recommend that all passengers wear masks at all times. Thank you for your cooperation.
- Pricing for this tour: Children under 3 years old will be charged only the administrative insurance fee. Children aged 3-6 years old do not occupy a bed, and the fee includes meals, parking, activities, and insurance. Children aged 7 years and older will occupy a bed and be charged the same as an adult.
- This three-day Sun Moon Lake Formosan Aboriginal Cultural Village tour departs from Chiayi Main Station or the High Speed Rail Station and returns to Taichung High Speed Rail Station.
- For one-way transfers from the Chiayi High Speed Rail Station, an additional fee of $100 per person will be added upon booking. Please indicate the meeting point in the participant information section after completing your reservation to arrange your Sun Moon Lake Formosan Aboriginal Cultural Village three-day tour.
- This three-day trip to the Sun Moon Lake Formosan Aboriginal Cultural Village is a semi-independent package tour. There's no tour leader or guide throughout the trip, allowing for flexibility and the stress of a group tour.
- Service staff are available in both Chiayi and Alishan to assist with any travel issues.
- Accommodation will be at the Alishan Pavilion Hotel on the first day and at the Sun Moon Lake Pier Hotel on the second day. If available, accommodation will be at a hotel of the same class. ※ The Alishan Pavilion Hotel is currently undergoing renovations (expected to be completed in 2022), so arrangements will be made at the Yingshan Hotel instead, subject to availability.
- The itinerary for this three-day trip to the Sun Moon Lake Formosan Aboriginal Cultural Village is for reference only and may vary depending on road conditions, itinerary availability, and traffic control measures.
- The mountainous area is relatively undeveloped and pristine, so moisture and insects are unavoidable. Please register only if you do not mind.
- Pets are not permitted in the Alishan Forest Recreation Area. The Sun Moon Lake Cable Car is generally closed for maintenance on the first Wednesday of every month. Please refer to official announcements for any changes to maintenance dates and facility opening hours. On maintenance days, shuttle services will be provided instead.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 41 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 5% handling fee.

Cancellations made 31-40 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 10% handling fee.

Cancellations made 21-30 days (including the 30th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 20% handling fee.

Cancellations made 2-20 days (including the 20th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1 day prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 2 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 2 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 20% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1 day prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Refunds are not available on the start date of the trip.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Requests for rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refund will be given.
