Travel Notes

‧Infant seats are provided free of charge for children under 5 years old and are counted as one adult.
‧For group tour requests, please contact customer service at [email protected].
‧Hotels in Sapporo do not include those in the Jozankei Onsen area. Please note.

The driver will present a sign at the customs gate one hour after your flight's scheduled arrival time, allowing you ample time to complete customs procedures without rushing.

‧You must present your reservation name in English upon boarding the vehicle. Please be sure to bring your check-in receipt (paper or electronic) on the day of departure. Please note that passengers without reservation confirmation may not be allowed to board the vehicle.

You must meet at the driver's designated time. Any delay beyond the designated time will incur an overtime fee.

Extension Fee: Standard Taxi: 2,730 yen/30 minutes; Large Taxi: 3,880 yen/30 minutes (Any delay less than 30 minutes will be rounded up to 30 minutes).

The itinerary must be followed exactly as specified. Stops at attractions/locations not listed on the itinerary are not permitted.
After arriving at the airport/hotel, if you wish to travel to other locations, the vehicle usage time and price will be based on the metered fares.

Infants (under 2 years old) are required to pay an insurance premium of NTD$100.

Luggage allowance: Each person is limited to one piece of luggage; a stroller counts as one piece of luggage.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1-3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the above cancellation policy.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
