Travel Notes

‧Pickup and drop-off locations must be within Sapporo city, not within the Jozankei Onsen area. Please note.
‧The driver will hold a sign at the customs gate one hour after your flight's scheduled arrival time, allowing you ample time to complete customs procedures without rushing.
‧You must present your reservation name in English upon boarding the bus. Please be sure to bring your check-in receipt (paper or electronic) on the day of your trip. Guests without reservation confirmation may not be boarded.
‧Towels, large towels for the bedrock bath, and bath towels are not included in the hot springs. Please bring your own towels and bath towels.
‧The bedrock bath is for junior high school students and older; children under elementary school are not permitted to use it.
‧When using the public bath, children aged three and older must use the men's bath for boys and the women's bath for girls.

Elementary and junior high school students may only use the baths until 7 PM if unaccompanied by an adult. High school students must be 18 or older and can only use the service until 11 PM.

#Children (elementary school students and younger): with onsen clothes (for children): Monday to Friday: 300 yen / Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays: 350 yen

2. Rental Fees

Large towel for bedrock bath: 100 yen

Additional yukata: 150 yen

Onsen clothes (for children): 100 yen

Specialized onsen yukata (for covering the body): 300 yen

Face towel, hand towel: 100 yen

Extended fare: Standard taxi: 2,730 yen/30 minutes; Large car: 3,880 yen/30 minutes (less than 30 minutes will be rounded up to 30 minutes).

The itinerary must be followed exactly as described. Stops at attractions/locations not listed on the itinerary are not permitted.

After arriving at the airport/hotel, if you wish to proceed to other destinations, the time and price of the taxi will be based on the metered fare.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1-3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the above cancellation policy.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
