Travel Notes

– Tokashiki Village maintains the cleanliness of the island. Children aged 15 and over are required to pay a "Tokashiki Village Environmental Protection Tax" of 100 yen per person. Please present this to the staff upon check-in.

– Children aged 0-5 are not included in the price.

– Please bring your own swimwear, towel, waterproof shoes, and sunscreen. Showers are available at the beach.

– The beach is a public area. Infants and children must be properly supervised by an adult.

– The itinerary may be adjusted based on weather and sea conditions, and the tour may not be possible for safety reasons.

– Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 18 who wish to participate alone at Kerama Aharen Beach require parental consent.

– Guests who have been drinking, are hungover, or are pregnant are not permitted to participate in the Kerama Aharen Beach tour. – Guests with circulatory or respiratory problems, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnant women, epilepsy, or diabetes are not permitted to participate in the Kerama Aharen Beach Sea Bathing Tour.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellation Policy for Local Day Tours in Japan

Cancellations made 12 days or more before the selected itinerary date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made between 8 and 11 days before the selected itinerary date will incur a 20% handling fee.

Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the selected itinerary date will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made between 1 and 2 days before the selected itinerary date will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made between 0 and 10 days before the start of the itinerary will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Requests for rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.

Getting There

– Please meet at the pier on your own. Parking is available nearby for self-driving passengers. The recommended fee is 200 yen for the first hour, and 100 yen per hour thereafter.
