Travel Notes

*The illumination at the illumination site is dim, so it is recommended to bring a flashlight and walk carefully and safely.
*This tour involves extensive outdoor activities, so please bring ample warm clothing and comfortable, non-slip shoes.
*Lunch and dinner are not included; please purchase them at rest stops or convenience stores along the way.
*The Blue Pond illumination may be canceled due to weather conditions. Please note this.
*The itinerary may be adjusted based on road conditions.
*Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
*This tour is for Japanese guests.

*The company is not responsible for delays, itinerary changes, or attraction cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as transportation and weather. All accommodation, meals, and taxi fares are the sole responsibility of the group.
*In the event of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, cancellations will be determined by 3:00 PM Japan time the day before departure and will be notified via email.
*Meeting and dismissal locations may vary. Please confirm with the tour leader on the day.
*Infants (0-2 years old) may ride free of charge and must be held on an adult's lap while on the bus.

Tour Pricing

The cost includes:

*Transportation fees, attraction entrance fees, etc. as specified in the itinerary (tax included).

The cost does not include:

Transportation, accommodation, meals, attraction tickets, personal expenses (telephone calls, dry cleaning, beverages, etc.), and optional activities not listed in the itinerary.
*If a passenger withdraws from the tour for personal reasons, it will be deemed a waiver and no refund or compensation will be provided.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 14 days before the start of the trip will receive a full refund (a $200 handling fee will be charged per order).

Cancellations made 7-13 days (including the 7th day) before the start of the trip will incur a 20% handling fee.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 4th day) before the start of the trip will incur a 40% handling fee.

Cancellations made 3 days (including the 3rd day) before the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

No refunds will be given if participants cancel their participation due to reasons not attributable to the organizer.

In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, Tripbaa will proactively notify you of a postponement or refund.

A $200 handling fee will be charged for each refund.
