– Children under 2 years old can join the Okinawa Aquarium Bus Day Tour free of charge; seats are not provided.
– Due to road and weather conditions, the order of arrival at the sightseeing locations may be changed. If you are unable to visit any of the facilities, the fare difference will not be refunded. Please be aware of this in advance.
– Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Churaumi Aquarium will be temporarily closed on March 3, 2020. The tour will instead visit Kouri Ocean Tower, Okashi Goten Nago, and DINO Dinosaur Park.
– The Okinawa Aquarium Bus Day Tour will be picked up by a large blue bus with license plate number "1101." In the event of special circumstances such as scheduled inspections, a replacement bus may be used.

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A full refund may be offered, or the participant may choose to reschedule the event.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
