Two-Day Camping at Songluo Lake, Yilan | Alpine and Lakeside

[ Booking Instructions ]
． This activity is suitable for ages 12 and up. Minors aged 12-18 must be accompanied by a parent. If you are a school group, parental consent is required.
． Please ensure you are in good health. If you have heart disease, high blood pressure, or are pregnant, or if you have a sudden illness, please do not register. If you have any special or chronic medical conditions, please disclose them to ensure your suitability for the hike.

[ Group Instructions ]
． Each group must consist of at least 6 people. Group formation must be confirmed at least 15 days in advance. A Line group will be established to discuss preparations for the activity. All questions can be answered (e.g., pre-trip instructions, equipment inspection and organization, and emergency procedures).
． Camping tents are typically three people per tent, and will be allocated based on the number of registered participants and gender. If you request a "two-person tent" arrangement, an additional $250 per person will be charged.
[ Itinerary Notes ]
． This trip will provide community equipment and groceries (dinner on the first day, breakfast on the second day), tents, and sleeping bags. Please bring your own hiking gear (including sleeping mats).
． Camping will be the primary method of sleeping. In the event of inclement weather, such as heavy rain, the instructor and team leader may decide to withdraw early after evaluation. Camping in the wild may not always be romantic, but it is a truly memorable experience.
． The hiking itinerary may be adjusted based on the availability of participants, facilities, and weather conditions, with the safety of the group and overall quality of the trip as top priority. Please adhere to the instructions of the instructor and team leader. Unauthorized risky actions or leaving the group are strictly prohibited.
． Rainy Day Precautions for Camping at Songluo Lake, Yilan: If the rain is light, wear a raincoat and continue the activity, paying extra attention to safety. If the rain intensifies, the activity will be adjusted. If heavy rain in the Songluo Lake area prevents the trip before departure, but weather permits on the Xiakaluo Trail across the mountain range, a 2-day, 1-night camping trip on the Xiakaluo Trail will be offered, with entry and exit via the Yanglao A-type vehicle and camping at the Baishi Retreat. The itinerary details will be updated as needed.

If the trip is interrupted during the activity due to sudden weather changes, safety concerns, or personal reasons, no refunds will be given.
