Travel Notes

1. A flight recording will be provided during the helicopter tour, which you can purchase after the tour.

2. The recording system varies depending on the helicopter model. Customer service will provide DVD and USB drive options. The DVD costs $25, and the USB drive costs $40.

3. Passengers under two years old are exempt from the seat purchase fee. Passengers two years old and older must purchase a full seat.

4. If a passenger exceeds the weight limit (passenger 260 lb = 116 kg or more per seat), a second seat will be purchased at half the price of the full seat to ensure flight safety.

5. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start will receive a full refund.

6. Please order at least 72 hours before your trip. If you order within 72 hours, please call us at 1-800-745-2583 on Maui or Kauai, or 1-800-786-2583 on the main island of Hawaii for immediate confirmation. We will confirm your order time and date within 24 hours and send your itinerary details to your email address.

7. Please provide us with your arrival date in Hawaii and your hotel or residence so that we can contact you and confirm your itinerary.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1-3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the above cancellation policy.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
