3-Day Seoul Ski Tour | Stay at Hongcheon Daemyung SONO Resort, Gear & Lessons Included

[Registration Instructions]
． This tour is for 1 person only, departing daily during the ski season. ※The 2025-2026 Hongcheon Daemyung Ski Season is scheduled from December 7, 2025, to February 28, 2026, subject to official announcements from the ski resort.
． December 24-27, 2025, December 31-January 3, 2026, and February 13-17, 2026 are special holidays. Please contact customer service to confirm availability before booking.
． This tour does not include personal travel insurance. Outdoor activities involve certain risks and dangers. Guests must assess their fitness based on their health and abilities. The company assumes no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or death caused by force majeure.
． If the itinerary and meeting time are changed before departure, the company will notify guests by email. The license plate number and guide contact information will be sent to you via text message or social media (LINE/WeChat) the day before departure. Please pay attention to this information.

Participants are requested to arrive at the meeting point on time. Latecomers will not be accommodated, and no refunds will be given for latecomers.

The itinerary and meal times may be adjusted based on traffic conditions. Please understand this.

If the tour cannot be scheduled due to bad weather or ski resort closures, we will notify you in advance and reschedule or refund the full amount.

[Price Information]

Children aged 3 years and under 12 years old are charged the child rate. Children aged 12 years and over are charged the adult rate. Children under 36 months old are free of charge. (※Children who are free of charge will not be provided with meals, seats in the vehicle, or admission tickets.)

For single guests, a single room supplement will be charged per night.
． [Includes] Round-trip shuttle service from Seoul, two nights' accommodation at the SONO Resort, ski equipment rental (skis, poles, snowshoes, snowsuit, snow pants, goggles), a 1-hour skiing lesson on Day 1 plus freestyle skiing, freestyle skiing on Day 2, freestyle skiing on Day 3, and admission to the Snow Park (including the cable car ride to the park), as well as tips for the driver and guide. All meals, except for breakfast at the hotel, are at your own expense.
． Ski equipment rental not included: Helmets (essential) and knee pads can be rented onsite. Scarves, gloves, and other personal items can be brought or purchased onsite.
． A voucher for the ski conveyor belt within the ski resort is included, allowing easy access to the beginner slopes.
． Ski equipment rental primarily consists of skis, suitable for beginners. A free snowboard exchange is available upon request. To request a change, please select the "Free Board Transfer" option when booking.

The minimum ski equipment size is 17cm (foot length) for skis and snowboards, and 21cm (foot length) for snowboards. The maximum ski equipment size is 30cm (foot length), and the maximum snowboard size is 3XL. Children under 3 years old who wish to ski can inquire with the tour guide on-site and pay on-site if a suitable size is available.

Please take good care of all rental equipment. Damage or loss will incur a full refund (lost goggles will incur a 30,000 KRW charge).

This package only includes accommodation at the SONO Resort (including breakfast) and admission to the Snow Park; ski clothing/gear and ski lessons are not included.

Tickets for the Snow Park are issued and valid on the first day. If you need to change your date, please note this in your reservation.

You will arrive at the resort on the same bus as those with the ski plan, so you don't have to worry about being separated from your friends!

Those who choose the non-ski plan will not be allowed to enter the ski area.

※[Snow Park Ticket Information]

This package includes one Snow Park ticket per person. Tickets will be delivered by the tour leader at 10:00 AM on the day of use, which is scheduled for the third day of the trip. ※If you need to change your date, please note this in your reservation.

Tickets include a round-trip ride on the cable car to the Snow Park (not the sightseeing cable car).

The park's operating hours are from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please note that hours may vary due to weather conditions. Please inquire at the resort counter on the day of your visit for actual opening hours.
※[Lift Pass Purchase Information]
． This ski lift offers access to higher slopes. It's perfect for experienced skiers or those looking for a challenge. Purchasing a lift pass will enhance your skiing experience.
．Children are charged the same price as adults. Each lift pass is valid for a single date and cannot be used across multiple days.
． Please purchase a lift pass based on your desired date and use it on that day. Daily service hours are 10:30 AM - 4:00 PM, allowing unlimited lift rides.
． Tickets can also be purchased from your tour guide on the day of the trip. Prices will be announced on-site.
※[Sightseeing Lift Pass Purchase Information]
． Suitable for non-skiers or those with children. Enjoy the scenic views from the SONO Resort to the mountaintop via the lift.
．Children are charged the same price as adults, including a round-trip ride. Each lift pass is valid for a single date and cannot be used across multiple days. Tickets can also be purchased from the tour guide on the day of the trip. Prices will be determined on-site.

[ Accommodation Information ]
． Accommodation will primarily be in Tower B at SONO VIVALDIPARK Resort. Building and room type cannot be specified. The resort will arrange this, and room changes cannot be made on the day of the trip. If you have special requests, please indicate this in your reservation in advance (we will try to accommodate, but this is not guaranteed).
． When booking, you can choose to add a "Snow View Room" option. If the room is fully booked, a refund will be issued.
．In accordance with South Korea's environmental protection policy, the resort will no longer provide toiletries starting this year. Please bring your own or purchase them on-site.
． Only five towels are provided in the room. Additional towels will be charged 500 KRW each.
． Check-in at SONO Ski Resort is 4:30 PM, and early check-in is not possible.

． Room type will be assigned based on the number of guests registered. For 2-3 guests, a Family Room will be primarily assigned; for 4-5 guests, a Suite Room will be primarily assigned.

[Ski Lesson Description]
． Chinese-speaking ski instructors will be assigned to each group of 15-17. Small classes are available, so beginners won't be intimidated.


You must wear ski clothing and equipment to enter the ski resort. Children and non-skiers who don't have clothing and equipment will need to wait outside.


This is a group package tour, and your group leader will lead you to and from the ski resort. Once you've gathered and your group is fully equipped, you can enter the resort together. The ski resort requires equipment rentals only for the day, so early entry is not possible. Please note that entry times may be delayed due to large crowds.


This package tour includes a 1-hour group beginner ski lesson on the first day of the tour. This lesson cannot be rescheduled for another day, nor can it be offered on all three days.


If you select the "Free Snowboard Switch" option, please note that the beginner snowboard lesson is only available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

SNOWBOARD Beginner Course Full Notice: (To be announced). Snowboard Beginner Courses for the above dates are fully booked and cannot be rebooked. If the course is full, you will not be able to join the beginner ski course and will be deemed to have automatically forfeited the course. Please select your registration date carefully.

• For a more immersive skiing experience, you can add a Private Ski Lesson (SKI or SNOWBOARD). Lessons last two hours, with one instructor for two to four students, perfect for groups of friends. Please book in advance; same-day arrangements are not accepted.
• Private Ski Lessons (SKI or SNOWBOARD) are scheduled from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on the first day. A ski lift license is recommended to accelerate your learning and enhance your skiing skills.

[Other FAQs]
Q: Can night skiing be arranged? How is the fee calculated?
A: If you would like to arrange night skiing on the same day, please inform your tour guide on the day of your trip and pay the fee on-site. The tour guide will then assist with equipment rental and lift pass purchase.

． Reference price: Weekdays (Monday to Friday) KRW 70,000 per person, weekends (Saturday and Sunday) KRW 80,000 per person

Q: Can I skip the return trip to downtown Seoul on the last day of my trip or go directly to the airport?
A: If you would like to skip the return trip to Seoul, please indicate this in the reservation notes. Alternatively, if you would like to charter a car to other locations or the airport, we can arrange a private car charter. Please indicate your next destination/request or flight information (travel date/flight number/number of passengers and luggage) in your order so that our customer service staff can assist with subsequent quotation and arrangement.
