The Qingshui Cliff in Hualien, Taiwan, is located on the east side of Qingshui Mountain, stretching 21 kilometers from Heping to Chongde on the Suhua Highway. The southeastern section of Qingshui Mountain is particularly steep, with a 5-kilometer cliff facing the ocean, creating a truly spectacular sight. Here, you can admire the breathtaking hues of the Pacific Ocean, the contrast between the mountains and the sea, and the breathtaking multi-layered blue of the coastline. The vast seaside cliffs, rising from sea level to Qingshui Mountain at 2,408 meters, create a majestic scene. The mountains along the route are towering and steep, rising almost 90 degrees into the Pacific Ocean, each reaching over 800 meters above sea level.

▲ Is it better to go two-onboard or one-onboard?

Surfing with one-onboard often offers more freedom for taking photos and exploring, making it suitable for those who are active. However, you need to be able to control your own board and have sufficient stamina. Two-onboards are generally larger and more stable, and if you're seasick or struggling, you'll have a teammate to help you.

Surfing with one-onboard doesn't depend on your experience or experience; just follow us and you'll have fun no matter what you choose. However, if you're concerned about your stamina, we recommend going with two-onboard.

The shifting light and shadows before sunrise are the most captivating aspect of this time of year, and the ensuing sunrise show is truly energizing, allowing you to awaken with the world as a whole, ready for a beautiful day.

Because the activity's early meeting time, be sure to get enough rest and seasickness medication the night before to avoid feeling groggy and missing the breathtaking sunrise. ★ Due to natural factors, you may not always be able to see the sunrise.

"Visual Feast Morning Tour": Hotter but breathtakingly beautiful.

Although the sun is high in the sky during this time, the vibrant light and shadows reveal the Qingshui Cliffs in their full, breathtaking glory, and the seawater, bathed in the sunlight, takes on a dreamy azure hue. This is a must-see for all the hottest and most beautiful women on the internet!

If the weather is nice, be sure to bring plenty of drinking water and sunscreen.

"Refreshing Afternoon Tour": Sunrise over the mountains, cooler on cloudy days. The Hualien coast is characterized by the afternoon sun being blocked by towering cliffs, and clouds and mist tend to gather on the mountaintops. Therefore, the weather usually cools down a bit soon after setting out to sea. On clear days, the sun above the mountaintops casts a dreamy emerald green/blue light on the water. After approximately 3:30 PM, the sea surface in the activity area will be in shadow.

Registration Instructions
． Qingshui Cliff SUP Activity Time Description:
[Dawn Tour] The meeting time is adjusted according to the season and around sunrise, usually between 03:40 and 05:00. Please select 03:40 when booking. The meeting time will be communicated one day before the activity. The activity usually ends before 8:00.
[Morning Tour] 09:00: The best time to see Qingshui Cliff! Although it may be hot, it is absolutely beautiful.
[Afternoon Tour] 13:30: After the sun has passed over the mountain, it is the coolest and not too hot.
．This activity is suitable for people aged 15-55 and under 100 kg. Because this activity involves ocean activities, please refrain from registration if you have cardiovascular disease, are overweight, are afraid of water, or are pregnant and are unable to participate in stimulating activities.

Hualien Qingshui Cliff SUP Activity Route: Approximately 4 kilometers (approximately 3 hours). Due to physical requirements, it is recommended that two people share a board, taking turns paddling. Experienced SUP users may choose to challenge the "one person, one board" option.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent and arrange for two people to share a board.

Two-person-per-board: The combined weight of the two participants must not exceed 155 kg, and the difference in weight must not exceed 45 kg. Individual weight must not exceed 100 kg or have a BMI of 34. Please complete the participant list with accurate information so that appropriate equipment can be arranged.

If the itinerary is affected by the foreseeable weather forecast, we will notify you of the group availability by noon one day before the activity.

If it rains but the sea conditions are good, the tour will proceed as scheduled. However, in the event of heavy rain or thunderstorms, the tour may be adjusted or canceled, at the instructor's discretion.

• Wave conditions must be confirmed on-site on the day of the tour, and departure will only take place when conditions are safe. If wind and waves are high, the tour may be canceled on-site. The tour may be postponed (within one year) or refunded after deducting an administrative insurance fee of $150 per person. Please agree to this and register again.

• If you withdraw from the tour due to personal reasons (such as physical condition) and are unable to complete the tour, you will be responsible for any expenses incurred. Fees for unfinished tours will be considered a forfeit and will not be refunded.

• If the group size is not met on the registered date, we recommend rescheduling the tour to a later date or time.

• Rescheduling due to personal reasons must be requested at least 7 days prior to the tour. Rescheduling due to personal reasons will not be refunded for any subsequent reasons (including wind and waves, the pandemic, etc.).

• Photos taken during the tour will be posted on our Facebook page and Instagram. Participants must agree to use their images during the tour, and our company reserves the right to use them free of charge.

Activity Description
． Parking is available at the Qingshui Cliff SUP meeting point. Cars, motorcycles, tour buses, etc. can park directly there.
． This activity is a group activity. Please please check in 10 minutes early. Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes will not result in alternate arrangements (no refunds or rescheduling). Please be punctual to avoid any potential consequences.
． Please leave valuables in your vehicle. Bring drinking water, seasickness medication, a change of clothes, and change.
． Separate restrooms, foot showers, and a platform rest area are available on site.

． Certified life jackets are provided, so non-swimmers can enjoy the activity.
． Due to local currents and distance, this activity is a group activity. Please do not leave the group without permission to avoid regrets.
． Please follow the instructions of the accompanying coach during the trip and refrain from any dangerous maneuvers.

After the event, any items left behind will require delivery. In addition to the shipping fee, an administrative fee of NT$100 will be charged.

Any expenses not specified in this itinerary, including any expenses arising from recommended, optional or free itinerary.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 15 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 10% handling fee.

Cancellations made 8-14 days (including the 8th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1-7 days (including the 7th day) prior to the start of the trip will not be refunded.

Cancellations made on the day of the trip will not be refunded.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

If rescheduling is required due to personal reasons, advance notice is required. One rescheduling is permitted. After rescheduling, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted for any reason (including wind and waves, epidemics, etc.).

Rescheduling will not be accepted within 7 days of the event. Failure to request a cancellation before the deadline will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the above cancellation policy.

If you cancel your participation during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refunds will be given.
