* This blueberry picking tour is limited to 6 people. One infant under 3 years old can travel free with every two adults (but this does not include seat, meal, and entrance fees).
* If attractions/restaurants charge entrance fees or meal fees for children under 3 years old, these will be paid on-site.
* Each participant will receive a bottle of Korean distilled water and a complimentary [Jeju Direct Orange Rice Cracker] (except for children under 3 years old).
* Lunch is not included on the day of the tour. Please enjoy it in advance or bring your own food to enjoy during the tour.
* If the Pocheon Art Valley Monorail is out of service, a refund of KRW 2,500 will be given to each participant on-site.
* To ensure fairness to all guests, it is your responsibility to arrive at the meeting point on time. Latecomers will not be accommodated. If the meeting time remains unchanged, no further individual contact will be made before departure.

Passengers are requested to arrive at the meeting point on time as originally scheduled in the itinerary.

* If a passenger fails to arrive at the meeting point on time due to personal reasons, our staff will not be responsible for notifying or waiting for them. No refunds will be given. Please note:
* Special Dietary Requests: Due to the diverse culinary culture in Korea, most restaurants only offer one menu. Meals provided on the itinerary are pre-ordered. If you have special dietary requirements, such as vegetarianism or food allergies, please prepare them yourself. However, no refunds will be given for these requests.
* The above times are approximate and are subject to change based on traffic and weather conditions. We will depart as scheduled even if it rains. Please note that the tour will not depart until 12:00 PM.
* Due to frequent traffic congestion in Korea, we strongly recommend that you avoid arriving on the first day of the tour or returning to your home country on the last day to avoid missing your flight or meeting up.
* If the tour is canceled due to inclement weather (e.g., typhoons, snowstorms) or other force majeure events, we will notify you by 6:00 PM on the business day before departure and arrange for a rescheduling or refund.
* If the meeting time is changed, our staff will contact you via WhatsApp, Line, or WeChat one to two days before departure.
* All our tour buses are insured with the Korean government's comprehensive insurance policy. However, we recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance for comprehensive coverage.
* A friendly reminder: While we will do our best to assist with any unexpected incidents during the tour, we assume no responsibility for any injuries or deaths caused by unforeseen circumstances. Please note this.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 15 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 8-14 days (including the 8th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 0-7 days prior to the start of the trip will not be refunded.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A 10% handling fee will be deducted for the refund. Alternatively, the event may be rescheduled to a later date, in which case no refund will be made.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
