* This tour (Peach Picking + Alpaca) is for 6 people. One infant under 3 years old can accompany two adults for free (this does not include seat and ticket fees).
* If attractions/restaurants charge entrance fees for children under 3 years old, guests will be required to pay the actual fee on-site.
* Each participant will receive a bottle of Korean distilled water, a simple breakfast (bread/rice balls, selection not available), and a complimentary [Jeju Orange Rice Crackers] (except for children under 3 years old).
* An alpaca walking experience is available at your own expense for KRW 10,000 (including one cup of feed).
* Luge: Adult accompaniment is required for children under 110cm. In the event of rain, the activity will be canceled and the KRW 10,000 fee will be refunded. Guests cannot request changes or compensation.
* The organic orchard fruit picking activity is scheduled for peaches. If peaches are unavailable, grapes will be picked instead. The final date will be determined by the orchard based on the harvest. Guests cannot choose the date, nor can they request refunds or cancellations. * To ensure fairness to all passengers, it is the passenger's responsibility to arrive at the meeting point on time. Latecomers will not be accommodated. If the meeting time remains unchanged, no further individual contact will be made before departure. Passengers are requested to arrive at the meeting point on time as originally scheduled in the itinerary.
* If a passenger fails to arrive at the meeting point on time due to personal reasons, our staff will not be responsible for notifying or waiting for them, and no refund will be given. Please note:
* The above times are approximate and are subject to change based on traffic and weather conditions. We will depart as scheduled even if it rains. Please note that the tour will depart on time.
* Due to frequent traffic congestion in Korea, we strongly recommend that guests avoid arriving on the first day of the tour or returning to their home country on the last day to avoid missing the meeting point or flight.
* If the tour is canceled due to inclement weather (e.g., typhoons, snowstorms) or other force majeure, we will notify you by 6:00 PM on the business day before departure and arrange for a rescheduling or refund.
* If the meeting time is changed, our staff will contact you via WhatsApp, Line, or WeChat one to two days before departure.
* All our tour buses are insured with the Korean government's comprehensive insurance policy, but we recommend that guests purchase their own travel insurance for more comprehensive coverage.
