[Booking Information]
. The Shen'ao Elephant Trunk Rock SUP experience is limited to participants aged 12 and above. Minors aged 12-18 must be accompanied by a parent for safety reasons. Participation without a parent is prohibited.
. The Shen'ao Elephant Trunk Rock SUP experience offers single-person or two-person options. Please choose your preferred option based on your physical fitness.
. Individuals must be at least 16 years old and in good physical condition to participate. Because SUPs are less resistant to wind and waves at sea, prior experience in ocean activities is recommended. The combined weight of two people per board should not exceed 150 kg.
. Please ensure you are in good health. Those with heart disease, high blood pressure, or pregnancy, etc., are not suitable for this experience and should not register.
. The meeting time for the sunrise group is tentatively scheduled for 05:00 AM. However, it may be adjusted up or down by half an hour depending on the sunrise. Please refer to the pre-trip notification.

Meeting times for other groups may also be adjusted up or down by half an hour depending on factors such as season, number of participants, and service quality. Any changes will be confirmed individually after registration and will be notified in the pre-trip notification.

If you do not have transportation, you can purchase the "Taipei Main Station Shared Ride Shuttle" service. The shuttle meeting point is Taipei Main Station East Gate 3. Each shuttle requires a minimum of 4 people to depart. If the number of people sharing the bus is insufficient, a refund will be issued three days in advance. Please find alternative transportation. This cannot be used as a reason for cancellation.

If you wish to bring a pet, small or medium-sized dogs are preferred. Please confirm in advance that your pet is water-resistant. One pet per board is allowed. You must provide your own life jacket and care for your pet. Pets without a life jacket will not be allowed to participate in the activity.
[Group Rules]
． This activity requires 6 people per group. If the group cannot be completed due to insufficient numbers, a rescheduling or cancellation will be announced at least 3 days in advance and a refund will be issued.
． Each group is limited to 12 boards. Any group exceeding the limit will depart as a separate group.
[Activity Notice]
． For spring and autumn activities, travelers who are sensitive to cold weather can purchase and rent cold-weather clothing upon booking and arrive at the meeting point early to pick it up and change into clothing.
． The Shen'ao Elephant Trunk Rock SUP experience is an outdoor activity. To protect the natural environment, changing tents will be provided after the activity. Alternatively, guests can choose to change clothes and wash at various on-site shower facilities at their own expense.
． If the activity has already begun, pre-trip training has been completed, and the group has already sailed, no refund will be given for guests who are unable to join or are absent due to delays in meeting up. The Shen'ao Elephant Trunk Rock SUP paddling experience is subject to change based on participant availability, facility conditions, and weather conditions, with safety and overall quality being the top priority.

If the Shen'ao Elephant Trunk Rock SUP paddling experience is not completed due to sudden weather changes, safety concerns, or personal reasons, no refunds will be given.

Since SUPs are less resistant to wind and waves, if winds and waves are strong but still within safe limits, participants may switch to canoes to continue the activity with their consent. No refund will be given for this change.

In the event of adverse weather or sea conditions, please follow the instructions of the instructor and group leader.

If the instructor determines on-site that sea conditions are adverse or unsuitable for sailing due to safety concerns, the activity will be canceled. A refund will be made after deducting a NT$100 per person fee for personnel and administrative insurance.
