Travel Notes
- Departures will proceed as scheduled even if it rains, unless it's a torrential downpour. In the event of inclement weather, a rescheduled date or full refund will be arranged.
- If the tour is canceled due to insufficient numbers or an emergency at the travel agency, a full refund will be issued.
- If the tour is delayed due to traffic conditions on the day of departure, no refund will be issued.
- Date changes: Requests must be made at least 7 days before departure. A handling fee of 10,000 KRW will be charged per change.
- Notes about the Cosmos Sky Cafe: Children under 105cm tall cannot ride. Children under 12 years old or under 120cm tall must be accompanied by an adult.

Full refund if canceled 11 days before travel
If a passenger cancels their reservation between 3 days (including the 3rd day) before the start of their trip, no refund will be given.
Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.
If participation is cancelled due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refunds will be given.
In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, Tripbaa will proactively notify the applicant of postponements or refunds.
