Travel Notes

– The fee for children aged 0-5 only includes round-trip boat transfers to Minna Island and boat insurance. Lunch and the Okinawa Minna Island SUP experience are not included.
– From July to September, lunch will be a choice of taco rice, curry rice, pork bowl, or BBQ. From April to June and October, lunch will be a choice of taco rice or curry rice. This can be decided on the day of the tour.
– Please prepare your swimwear and bring your own towel, waterproof shoes, and sunscreen.
– For guests traveling with young children, please ensure they remain within your sight for their safety.
– International travelers will be contacted in English when registering for the Okinawa Minna Island SUP Day Tour.
– For safety reasons, children under 5 are not permitted to participate in water activities.
– Boat schedules are fixed and cannot be changed. If you would like to return early on the day of the Okinawa Minna Island SUP Day Tour, please contact the on-site staff on the day of the tour.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A full refund may be offered, or the participant may choose to reschedule the event.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
