Travel Notes

- This Alishan Xiding cherry blossom picnic tour is an exclusive event organized by Quba. Each trip has a limited number of seats and will close once the seats are full.
- Children aged 3 and above are charged the same adult price (including meals, activities, etc.). Children under 3 will be charged only a $200 per person administrative insurance service fee.
- For this Alishan Xiding cherry blossom picnic tour, you can choose to meet at either Chiayi High Speed Rail Station at 8:30 AM or Chiayi Train Station (rear station) at 9:00 AM. Please specify the meeting location in your booking details after booking to facilitate arrangements.
- The meal included in this Alishan Xiding cherry blossom picnic tour is a "Very Happy Tea Bento," specially designed by local tea growers, Xulong Tea Factory. It combines rice with the fragrance of Alishan tea and a colorful combination of seasonal vegetables, a local delicacy only available during this limited-time event. Vegetarian options are also available; please check this option in your booking details for arrangements. - Picnic mats (not to be taken away) will be provided at the Alishan Xiding Cherry Blossom Picnic Site. Picnics are permitted on the ground. Those with limited mobility are encouraged to bring their own folding chairs and stools. In case of rain, the event will be held indoors at the tea factory.
- [Free Picnic Mat for Four] Promotion Rules: Four people registering for this trip will receive a complimentary Tripbba Fun Bar Colorful Good Mood Picnic Mat (limited to 20 sets). The number of complimentary sets will be calculated in multiples of 4 and will be provided on site on the day of departure.
- Due to weather conditions during the cherry blossom season, if the blossoms do not appear as expected, we will still proceed to the site as planned, allowing you to enjoy the mountain scenery and picnic atmosphere. Please accept this before registering.
- Pre-trip instructions and contact information will be notified at least one day before departure. Please check your member inbox.
- Please gather on time on the day. If a passenger falls behind the group or fails to gather due to personal reasons, fails to board the bus, or gets off the bus midway, it will be deemed as automatic withdrawal and no refund will be given.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 41 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 5% handling fee.

Cancellations made 31-40 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 10% handling fee.

Cancellations made 21-30 days (including the 30th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 20% handling fee.

Cancellations made 2-20 days (including the 20th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1 day prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 2 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 2 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 20% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1 day prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Refunds are not available on the start date of the trip.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Requests for rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refund will be given.
