The cost includes:
- Professional instructor-led tour
- Full SUP equipment: one SUP board per person, life jacket, leg leash, and paddle
- Activity photo shoot
- Activity insurance
Cancellations made 32 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 7-31 days before the start of the trip (including the 31st day) will incur a 30% handling fee.
Cancellations made 1-6 days before the start of the trip (including the 6th day) will incur a 50% handling fee.
Cancellations made on the day of the trip are not eligible for a refund.
If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A 10% handling fee will be deducted for a refund. Alternatively, you can choose to reschedule your trip to a different date, in which case no refund will be charged.
Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled according to the cancellation policy above.
If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
