- For every two adults on the Chuncheon Cherry Blossom Day Tour, one infant under three years old can travel free of charge. This infant does not occupy a seat and does not receive admission or lunch.
- If any attractions or restaurants charge admission or meal fees for children under three years old, these fees will be paid on-site.
- Upon departure, distilled water, breakfast, and beverages will be provided to each guest on the Chuncheon Cherry Blossom Day Tour.
- The number of cherry blossoms on the Chuncheon Cherry Blossom Day Tour is subject to natural factors. The tour will depart as scheduled even if it rains. Please understand that this is not the case.
- If the Nami Island train is suspended for any reason, each guest will be provided with a Nami Island snack instead. Refunds will not be granted in this case.
- Due to frequent traffic congestion in South Korea, we strongly recommend that guests do not arrive in South Korea on the first day of the tour or return to South Korea on the last day to avoid missing the meeting point or flight.
- Please arrive at the meeting point on time. Latecomers will not be accommodated. If the meeting time remains unchanged, no further individual contact will be made before departure. Please simply arrive at the meeting point on time as originally scheduled in the itinerary. If the meeting time is changed, the responsible staff will contact you via WhatsApp, Line, or WeChat one to two days before departure.
- Due to the diverse culinary culture in Korea, most restaurants only offer one menu. Meals provided on the itinerary are pre-ordered. If you have special dietary requirements, such as vegetarianism or food allergies, please prepare them yourself. However, please note that no refunds will be given for these special dietary requirements.
- The Chuncheon Cherry Blossom Viewing Day Tour in South Korea is based on a budget. The day's schedule is subject to change based on traffic and weather conditions. Please note that this is not a refund.
- If the Chuncheon Cherry Blossom Viewing Day Tour in South Korea needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather or force majeure, we will notify you in advance and arrange a refund.
- All our tour buses are insured with the Korean government's operating insurance. However, we recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance for more comprehensive protection.
