– Sky Rail Bike Notes | Taean Tulip Festival Day Tour –

▲ Sky Rail bikes are designed for four people per bike. If you have fewer than four people, you must share or split up to ride with others (based on the order of registration). We cannot request a different bike or refuse to share with others on the spot.
▲ Requesting a bike for two people will incur a KRW 14,000 surcharge or a bike for three people will incur a KRW 7,000 surcharge. Please inform us at the time of booking, but availability of Sky Rail bikes is subject to availability.
▲ Infants under three years old must wear a baby carrier. Children over three years old must ride independently and cannot be held in arms.
▲ Sky Rail Bike is a popular tourist destination in Korea. Reservations are not accepted. Tickets must be purchased on-site, so wait times may be longer. Please be aware.
▲ If the ride is suspended due to weather or temporary maintenance, or if waiting times are too long to allow for other tours, the Uiwang Lake Rail Bike will be used instead. Passengers cannot claim any compensation for this. Please note.
▲ If neither the Sky Bike nor the registered Uiwang Lake Rail Bike can be experienced due to weather conditions, a refund of KRW 7,000 per passenger will be issued.

* One infant under 3 years old can travel free of charge with every two adults (no seat reserved, no entrance fees or meals included).
* If attractions or restaurants charge admission or meal fees for children under 3 years old, these will be paid on-site.
* Each passenger will receive a complimentary bottle of Korean distilled water, a simple breakfast (bread or rice balls, no choice of choice), and one Jeju-delivered orange rice cracker (except for children under 3 years old).
* The number of blossoms is a natural phenomenon and cannot be controlled by humans. Passengers cannot claim compensation for this. Thank you for your understanding.
* To ensure fairness to all passengers, it is the passenger's responsibility to arrive at the meeting point on time. Latecomers will not be accommodated, and our staff are not responsible for notifying or waiting for them. If a guest is unable to show up on time due to personal reasons, no refunds will be given. Please note:
* Due to the diverse culinary culture in Korea, most restaurants offer only one menu. Meals are pre-ordered on a centralized basis. Guests with special dietary requirements, such as vegetarians or food allergies, are requested to prepare their own meals. However, no refunds will be given.
* Due to frequent traffic congestion in Korea, we strongly recommend that guests avoid arriving in Korea on the first day or returning to their home country on the last day to avoid missing the meeting point or flight.
* The above times are approximate and are subject to change based on traffic and weather conditions. If the tour departs as scheduled due to rain, no refunds or changes to the departure date will be accepted. Please note this.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1-3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the above cancellation policy.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
