▲Notes on the Experience
- If there are many guests, you may be grouped with other guests.
- Please refrain from wearing skirts. We recommend wearing comfortable, warm clothing.
- Due to unforeseen circumstances such as snow conditions, the available dates and times of the experience may be changed.
- Please note that there will be no refunds if you cancel your experience due to personal reasons.
- The following individuals are not eligible to participate in this program.
- Those with heart disease, epilepsy, or asthma.
- Those who are pregnant or think they may be pregnant.
- Those who have undergone back or spine surgery, or whose injuries may be aggravated by violent shaking.
- Those who have undergone trauma or fracture surgery on their fingers, wrists, feet, or other parts of their body, or whose injuries may be aggravated by violent shaking.
- Those who have consumed alcohol before the tour. (Anyone smelling of alcohol upon arrival will be required to undergo a breathalyzer test.)

If any of the above conditions are found on-site, you will not be able to participate in this event. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances. We will also not cover transportation and accommodation costs to the meeting point.

- Participants without a reservation (those not participating in the experience and accompanying participants) will not be able to use the shuttle bus. Please note that the originally scheduled available dates for this program may be temporarily canceled due to facility operating conditions or closures.

▲Pick-up Service Information
- Public transportation is not available to the experience location. Please take the operator's free shuttle bus from a hotel in central Sapporo.

- Please select the meeting hotel when making your reservation. If you need to change the meeting location after making your reservation, please change it as soon as possible.

The organizer will email you the meeting time one day before the tour departure date. Please confirm the meeting time and arrive at least 10 minutes before it.

- Please ensure you enter your correct email address when making your reservation.
- Waiting times may vary by 5-10 minutes depending on the arrival time of all guests, weather, and road conditions. Please wait on site. Please note: The hotel does not provide the shuttle service, so we cannot accept inquiries regarding this.
- The shuttle will depart on time. Those who miss the shuttle will be required to travel to the experience location on their own and will be responsible for any transportation costs.

▲Meal Notice

- If there are many guests, you may be grouped with other guests.

- BBQ is generally served inside the igloo. However, weather conditions may affect the experience, and it may be served in the snow in front of the igloo or indoors.

- BBQ Menu: All-you-can-eat Genghis Khan grilled lamb, chicken, and grilled vegetables (60 minutes), rice ball (one per person)

- Drinks are not included.

- Vegetarian meals are not available.
