* This tour is guaranteed full (except Saturdays). One infant under 3 years old can travel free with every two adults (but not including seat, meal, and entrance fees).
* The tour price includes all listed entrance fees, 500g of strawberry picking and a bottle of DIY strawberry jam, dinner, round-trip transportation, and driver and Chinese-speaking staff services.
* Each participant will receive a free hot pack, a bottle of Korean distilled water, and a complimentary [Jeju Direct Orange Rice Cracker] (excluding children under 3 years old).
* If the [Snow Hood Experience] is closed due to insufficient snow or weather conditions, or if the tour departs after March 1, 2020, it will be replaced with the [Fairytale Swiss Village] tour. Guests cannot cancel or request a refund due to this reason. Please note.
* Lunch is not included on the day of the tour. Please enjoy it in advance or bring your own food to enjoy on the tour.
* Snowfall is a natural phenomenon beyond human control. Please understand.
* If attractions/restaurants require additional admission or meal fees for children under 3 years old, guests will be required to pay the actual fees on-site.
* To ensure fairness to all guests, guests are responsible for arriving at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and our staff are not responsible for informing or waiting for guests. If guests are unable to arrive on time due to personal reasons, no refunds will be given.
* Special Dietary Requests: Due to the diverse culinary culture in Korea, most restaurants offer only one menu. Meals are pre-ordered on a centralized basis. Guests with special dietary requirements, such as vegetarianism or food allergies, are requested to prepare their own meals. However, no refunds will be given for these requests.
* Due to frequent traffic congestion in Korea, we strongly recommend that guests avoid arriving on the first day of the tour or returning to their home country on the last day to avoid missing the meeting point or flight.
* The above times are approximate and are subject to change based on traffic and weather conditions. Even if the tour departs in the event of rain or snow, no refunds or changes to the departure date will be accepted. Please note this.
* If the tour needs to be canceled due to inclement weather (e.g., typhoons, snowstorms, etc.), we will notify you by 6:00 PM one business day prior to departure and arrange a rescheduling or refund.
* If the meeting time remains unchanged, please arrive at the meeting point on time as originally scheduled. No further individual contact will be made before departure. However, if the meeting time is changed, the tour guide will contact you via WhatsApp, Line, or WeChat one to two days before departure. Please be sure to respond to this message.
* All our tour buses are insured with comprehensive insurance specified by the Korean government. However, we recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance for more comprehensive coverage.
