Travel Notes

- All vehicles used on this tour are legal green-plated vehicles, ensuring safety.

- You can choose between a Japanese-speaking driver or a Chinese-speaking driver/guide service, depending on your needs.

- If the tour ends early on the day of the tour, the fee will still be calculated based on the original booking time; no refund will be given for the time difference.

- If the departure time is delayed due to personal reasons, the waiting time will be included in the tour time.

- Due to work hours and scheduling, it may be impossible to extend the tour time on the day of the tour.

- Overtime fees: Please pay the driver in cash on the day of the tour (30 minutes is counted as 1 hour).

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1-3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the above cancellation policy.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
