[Departing from Seoul] 2020 Korea Ice Fishing Pyeongchang Trout Festival | Snow Activities

– This tour consists of 6 people and departs on designated dates. Children 3 years and under are free (do not occupy a seat or meal).
– Each participant will receive a complimentary hot pack, a simple breakfast (bread/rice ball, choice not available), a bottle of Korean distilled water, and a complimentary orange rice cracker shipped directly from Jeju (except for children under 3 years old).
– The [Korea Ice Fishing Pyeongchang Festival] is subject to weather and lake ice thickness. Operating hours may change or the festival may be cancelled due to weather conditions. In such cases, we will contact you in advance to reschedule or cancel the event and refund your money.
– For safety reasons, all snow activities within the [Korea Ice Fishing Pyeongchang Festival] must be accompanied by an adult.
– The amount of snow at the Korean ice fishing site is a natural phenomenon and cannot be controlled by humans. Please note that this is unfortunate.
– If attractions/restaurants charge admission or meal fees for children under 3 years old, the actual fees will be paid on site. – To ensure fairness to all passengers, it is the passengers' responsibility to arrive at the meeting point on time. Latecomers will not be accommodated.
– Due to frequent traffic congestion in South Korea, we recommend that passengers avoid arriving in Korea on the first day of the tour or returning to their home country on the last day to avoid missing their flights.
– The above times are approximate and are subject to change based on traffic and weather conditions. In the event of rain or snow, the tour will proceed as planned. No refunds or changes to the departure date will be accepted due to such circumstances. Please note this.
– If the tour needs to be cancelled due to force majeure such as inclement weather, we will notify you by 6:00 PM on the business day before departure and arrange for a rescheduling or refund.
– If the meeting time remains unchanged, passengers are requested to arrive at the meeting point on time as originally scheduled. No further individual contact will be made before departure. However, if the meeting time is changed, the tour guide will contact you via WhatsApp, Line, or WeChat one to two days before departure. Please be sure to respond and respond accordingly.
– All our tour buses are insured with comprehensive insurance specified by the Korean government. However, we recommend that passengers purchase their own travel insurance for more comprehensive coverage. - If any unexpected incident occurs during the trip, the company will do its utmost to assist.
