Please be sure to arrive at the ferry counter 30 minutes prior to departure. On holidays or when there are large groups, the ferry schedule may be adjusted based on the situation, which may result in delayed departures. Please be prepared to comply.

Please prepare your ID for customs inspection before departure. No refund will be given if you do not bring your ID.

The Guishan Island whale watching activity is affected by the northeast monsoon, resulting in unstable seas and seas, which may increase the risk of seasickness. Please register if you can accommodate this.

If the activity is affected by wind and waves on the day, you may return after watching the sunrise to avoid seasickness. The captain reserves the right to adjust the schedule. Please cooperate.

For your safety, the tour may be canceled if wind and waves reach force 6 or above, or if there are adverse sea conditions, typhoons, or other natural phenomena on the day. We ask for your understanding.

If the cruise cannot depart due to adverse weather or sea conditions, we will notify you and offer you the option of rescheduling or a refund. If you choose to cancel, a refund will be issued after deducting a $100 cancellation fee per person. Alternatively, you can postpone your whale watching activity at Guishan Island (the difference in fees will be paid or refunded depending on the actual activity).

Quba cannot control the weather, so we cannot guarantee good weather. We cannot fully control the conditions on any given day. If weather conditions (rain, temperature, etc.) cause the scenery to be less than expected, we will proceed with the scheduled itinerary. We ask for your understanding.
