╴ This tour price is for one snowmobile.
╴ This tour is a shared ride, with two people per snowmobile. Requirements: The driver must be 20 years of age or older, at least 170 cm tall, and weigh at least 60 kg. Shared passengers must be lighter than the driver. Guests who do not meet these requirements may be declined based on the instructor's judgment. Please note. Additionally, you will be given a practice session on the day. Guests deemed unsafe to ride on the road may be offered a ride by the instructor or declined. Please understand.
╴ Guests who fail to arrive at the meeting point by the designated time will be deemed to have cancelled their participation.
╴ A driver's license is not required to experience Hokkaido snowmobiling.
╴ The end time may differ from the time listed in the itinerary. Please note that if there are many guests, you may be offered a ride in a group.
╴ If there are many guests, you may be offered a ride in a group with other guests. ╴ If you cancel your participation due to personal reasons during the event, no refund will be given. Please understand that.
╴ Pregnancy, epilepsy, mobility impairment, or mental or psychological disorders, as confirmed by on-site staff, will not be permitted to participate in this event. Refunds will not be granted in these circumstances.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1-3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the above cancellation policy.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
