Ice Fishing Adventure: Ice Fishing, Snow Basin Experience, and Nami Island Stroll Day Trip

╴ This tour is for groups of 4 and departs on designated dates. Children 3 years and under are free (do not occupy a seat or meal).
╴ Each participant will receive a complimentary heat pack, a heat pad, a simple breakfast (bread or rice balls, no selection), a bottle of Korean distilled water, and a complimentary orange rice cracker shipped directly from Jeju (except for children under 3 years old).
╴ The amount of snow is a natural phenomenon and cannot be controlled by humans. Please understand.
╴ The Nami Island ice fishing experience in South Korea is subject to weather and lake ice thickness. Operating hours may be changed or canceled due to weather conditions. If this occurs, guests will be contacted in advance to reschedule or cancel the trip for a refund.
╴ The Nami Island ice fishing experience in South Korea does not guarantee a successful catch. If a catch is caught, guests can cook and enjoy it at their own expense at the onsite restaurant. The fee is approximately W3,000. Because ice fishing is primarily an experience, not a large-scale celebration, tents and chairs are not provided.
╴ The Nami Island Snow Basin Experience may be temporarily closed due to weather conditions and will be replaced with a visit to Petite France. Guests cannot request compensation or refunds for this reason. For safety reasons, seniors aged 65 and above are not permitted to participate and will receive a refund of W5,000 per person on-site. Infants under 3 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
╴ If attractions or restaurants charge admission or meal fees for children under 3 years old, guests will be required to pay the actual fees on-site.
╴ Guests with special dietary requirements, such as vegetarians or food allergies, are requested to prepare them themselves. No refunds will be issued for these meals.
╴ Due to frequent traffic congestion in South Korea, we strongly recommend that guests avoid arriving in Korea on the first day or returning to their home country on the last day to avoid missing the meeting point or flight.
╴ The above times are approximate and are subject to change based on traffic and weather conditions. Departure will continue in the event of rain or snow. Guests cannot request refunds or change the departure date due to these circumstances. Please note.
╴ If the tour needs to be cancelled due to force majeure factors such as inclement weather, we will notify you by 6:00 PM on the business day prior to departure and arrange for a reschedule or refund.
╴ If the meeting time remains unchanged, please arrive at the meeting point on time as originally scheduled. No further individual contact will be made before departure. However, if the meeting time is changed, the tour guide will contact you via WhatsApp, Line, or WeChat one to two days before departure. Please be sure to pay attention to the message and respond.
