※Children under 2 years old can participate free of charge. They do not occupy a seat and must ride with an adult. Drinks and meals are not included.

There is no Wi-Fi on the bus, so please bring your own phone and internet connection. Please note that there is no Wi-Fi on the bus.
※ Churaumi Aquarium is closed on the first Wednesday and the following Thursday in December, so the bus will not run.
※ Please be advised that the meeting times for each bus stop will be adjusted on the day of the Naha Marathon in early December.
※ From June 9th to June 12th, 2025, the tour will go to America Village instead of Hoshino Resorts' Banta Cafe. During this period, two complimentary Okinawa juice packs will be provided.

・For passengers traveling on the day of the tour, please allow two hours before departure. We are not responsible for any disruption to your flight due to traffic conditions on the day of your trip. Please note that we understand this.

Passengers planning to shop at the DFS Duty Free Shop may choose to disembark at the Monorail Omoromachi Station (near the DFS Duty Free Shop) on their return trip.

If your trip may be canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be made to you via bank transfer. Please note that any handling fees will be borne by you.

If you are unable to visit certain attractions due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we understand that we will not be able to refund the difference in your booking.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellation Policy for Local Day Tours in Japan

Cancellations made 12 days or more before the selected itinerary date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made between 8 and 11 days before the selected itinerary date will incur a 20% handling fee.

Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the selected itinerary date will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made between 1 and 2 days before the selected itinerary date will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made between 0 and 10 days before the start of the itinerary will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Requests for rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
