Travel Notes
**We do not accept bookings from pregnant guests or those planning to become pregnant. If a guest is refused boarding by the captain on the day of the trip, no refund or compensation will be provided.**
≪Booking Process≫
Please first select whether you wish to participate in the morning or afternoon session, then choose whether you need to travel independently or require free shuttle service (check the pick-up location).
If you choose free city shuttle service, the pick-up and drop-off locations must be the same; different pick-up and drop-off locations are not accepted.
Please arrive at the meeting point early. Important information will be provided and forms will be filled out on-site between the meeting point and departure time.
≪Reservation Notes≫
・All activities require advance booking and payment for confirmation.
・The minimum group size for departures from Chatan is 10 adults. If the minimum group size is not reached, the activity will be cancelled. You will be contacted regarding a refund or rescheduling.
・The type of boat used may vary depending on the number of bookings. Please be aware of this. • Due to limited space and safety reasons, luggage, strollers, or wheeled items are prohibited on board.
• Pregnant women and those planning to become pregnant are not accepted. If a guest is refused boarding by the captain on the day of the visit, no refund or compensation will be provided.
≪Whale Watching Precautions≫
• The whale watching time may vary depending on the whale tracking situation. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• The observation time after a humpback whale is spotted is approximately one hour. However, the boat may return earlier due to the condition of the whale, the health of all passengers, or changes in sea conditions. In such cases, no refund or reimbursement will be provided. Please be aware of this.
• Sea conditions in Okinawa during winter differ from summer. Winter waves are higher. If young children or elderly individuals are participating, they may be refused boarding depending on sea conditions. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• For safety reasons, pregnant women are not accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience. Guests who are refused boarding due to pregnancy on the day of the activity will not receive a refund.
• The activity may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather conditions or sea conditions. In the worst-case scenario, you will be informed of the cancellation upon check-in.
• If the activity is cancelled due to weather, you can change the date free of charge. If you cannot change the date, a refund will be issued to the credit card used for payment. Please understand that refunds may vary depending on exchange rate differences.
• The entire boat trip will last a maximum of 3 hours, but if humpback whales are spotted earlier, we will return to port earlier. (Humpback whale watching time is approximately 1 hour.)
• Please bring your own waterproof (due to splashes from waves) and warm clothing.
• Guests prone to seasickness are advised to take seasickness medication beforehand. Once the boat sets sail, it cannot return quickly.
• For safety reasons, please wear a life jacket at all times during the activity.
• Walking on the boat while it is in motion is prohibited. • All unsafe behavior is prohibited on board.
• Drones are prohibited on board.
• Please assess your health condition and carefully read the precautions before registering. Successful registration indicates your understanding and agreement to the above terms.

• Please understand in advance: As humpback whales are wild animals, we may not be able to see or encounter them on the day of the activity.
If you do not see humpback whales between February 1, 2026 and March 15, 2026, we will offer one of the following options:
① Full refund
② Or one free boat trip (valid until April 5, 2026)
• Refunds may vary due to exchange rate differences; please understand. *The above options are not applicable from December 20, 2025 to January 31, 2026 and from March 16, 2026 to April 5, 2026. Thank you for your understanding.
However, the following conditions will be considered a successful humpback whale viewing. Please note:
● Humpback whale spouting behavior was seen from a distance.
● At least two guests saw humpback whales on the day of the event.

≪Regarding Naha City Fixed-Point Pick-up and Drop-off Service≫
・Reservations made after 3 PM Japan time, one day prior to the event, will not be provided with pick-up and drop-off service or the pick-up and drop-off locations will not be changed. Even if you selected pick-up and drop-off when making your reservation, you will still need to go to the port to meet the driver (as the pick-up and drop-off routes and staff have been arranged). Thank you for your understanding.
• Free shuttle service is available only on two daily departures from Naha: 9:00 AM and 1:45 PM.
• Service is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please inform us when booking if you require shuttle service. Guests with rented cars are advised to make the trip independently to save time.
• Space is limited on the shuttle bus; please do not bring luggage or strollers.
• Eating is prohibited on the shuttle bus.
• Pick-up and drop-off points must be the same; we do not offer pick-up at point A and drop-off at point B.
• If you miss your pick-up time, please make your own way to the port. Any costs incurred during this time are your responsibility.
• The shuttle service is round-trip. If you decide you do not need the return shuttle, please inform the staff in advance.
**Since the shuttle service is free, if there are many users on the day, you may need to wait a long time (30 minutes or more) at the port before boarding the ship, and then wait at the port assembly room (30 minutes or more) before boarding the shuttle bus. This is because staff may need to make two trips to transport all guests back to the boarding point in order, or wait for guests scattered on different ships before departure. If you mind the long wait, please arrange your own assembly and disembarkation. Thank you for your understanding.

・Please enter the phone number of the nearest hotel at the port: 'Naha Beachside Hotel 098-862-2300' or MAP CODE 33155818 * 58.
・Parking fee at Mie Castle Port is 500 yen per day. Please prepare 1000 yen bills or 500 yen coins in advance.
*Please make your own way to the meeting point.

Important Reminder for Kokusai Street: Kokusai Street is closed on Sundays... 12:00–18:00 is a pedestrian-only road.
The Sunday afternoon shuttle bus cannot stop at "Tembusu Naha" and "Hotel Collective".
The Sunday morning return trip may also be unable to stop at the above locations due to traffic control; please choose other pick-up and drop-off points.

【Pickup and Drop-off Notes】
Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time.
The shuttle bus will depart on time as scheduled. Late arrivals will not be waited for and no refunds will be given.
Pickup and drop-off reservations must be made before 15:00 the day before the activity. Late reservations will not be accepted. Actual pick-up and drop-off times and order may be adjusted depending on traffic conditions or the situation on the day. Please refer to the on-site arrangements for details.
