Travel Notes

- Weekends and holidays limit the number of tea vouchers to two per day. If the voucher is fully booked, a full refund will be issued. Thank you for your understanding.
- Reservations must be made according to the reservation date and opening hours. We recommend traveling with two or more people, with each person using one voucher. Reservations are held for 10 minutes (if you exceed this time, you will need to wait on-site).
- If the tea tour experience is canceled due to delays caused by force majeure factors such as traffic or weather, please contact customer service and we will process a partial refund.
- We recommend arriving in the morning and before 3:00 PM to avoid crowds.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 2 days before the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 1 day before the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made on the day of the trip will not receive a refund.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation in the event is cancelled due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refund will be given.

In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, Tripbaa will proactively notify you of the postponement or partial refund.

Getting There

1. By bus: We recommend taking bus No. 1062 from Exit 2 of Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT Station to Jiufen Station.

2. By train and bus: Take the train to Ruifang Station and transfer to a bus bound for Jiufen.

3. By car/taxi
