- Limited to 2 people per day on weekends and holidays. Full refunds will be issued if the reservation is full.
- Reservations must be made within the reservation date and opening hours. Reservations are held for 15 minutes (after the scheduled time, a waiting list will be required).
- If the tea tour experience is canceled due to force majeure factors such as traffic or weather, please contact customer service and we will process a partial refund.
- It is recommended to arrive in the morning and before 3:00 PM to avoid crowds.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 2 days before the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 1 day before the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made on the day of the trip will not receive a refund.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation in the event is cancelled due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refund will be given.

In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, Tripbaa will proactively notify you of the postponement or partial refund.
