* This group consists of 6 people and will depart on a designated date. Children 3 years and under are free (do not occupy a seat or meal).
* The tour price includes all listed entrance fees, the Seoraksan Cable Car fare, and driver and Chinese-speaking staff service fees. Lunch is at your own expense.
* If attractions/restaurants charge additional entrance fees or meal fees for children under 3 years old, guests will be required to pay the actual fees on-site.
* Each participant will receive a bottle of Korean distilled water, a simple breakfast (bread/rice balls; the choice of type cannot be selected), and a complimentary [Jeju Direct Orange Rice Cracker] (except for children under 3 years old).
* Cable car ride times are subject to availability on the day. If a ride is unavailable due to long queues, maintenance, or inclement weather, a refund of KRW 8,000 will be issued and the "Gwongeumseok" tour will be cancelled. Guests cannot claim additional compensation.
* The number of maple and ginkgo trees is a natural phenomenon beyond human control. Guests cannot claim compensation for this.
* Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for outdoor activities and bring plenty of charged cell phones. Due to the long journey, it is especially recommended to bring plenty of clothing and a neck pillow.
* To ensure fairness to all passengers, it is the passenger's responsibility to arrive at the meeting point on time. Latecomers will not be accommodated. If the meeting time remains unchanged, no further individual contact will be made before departure. Passengers are requested to arrive at the meeting point on time as originally scheduled in the itinerary.
* If a passenger fails to arrive at the meeting point on time due to personal reasons, our staff will not be responsible for notifying or waiting for them, and no refunds will be given.
* Special Dietary Requests: Due to the diverse culinary culture in Korea, most restaurants only offer one menu. Meals provided on the itinerary are pre-ordered. Passengers with special dietary requirements, such as vegetarians or food allergies, are requested to prepare their own meals. However, no refunds will be given for such requests.
* Due to frequent traffic congestion in Korea, we strongly recommend that passengers avoid arriving on the first day of the tour or returning to their home country on the last day to avoid missing the meeting point or flight.
* The above times are approximate and are subject to change based on traffic and weather conditions. We will depart as scheduled even if it rains. Please note that the tour will not depart due to rain.
* If the tour is canceled due to inclement weather (e.g., typhoons, snowstorms, etc.), we will notify you by 6:00 PM on the business day prior to departure and arrange for a rescheduling or refund.
* If the meeting time is changed, our staff will contact you via WhatsApp, Line, or WeChat one to two days before departure.
* All our tour buses are insured with the Korean government's comprehensive insurance policy, but we recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance for more comprehensive coverage.
