Travel Notes
1) There is a peak season surcharge of AUD$10 during Easter and Christmas.
2) Suitable for all ages and abilities (children 13 years and under must be accompanied by an adult, but children under 4 are not recommended).
3) Please be at the designated location 10 minutes before the designated pick-up time.
4) During peak season and holidays, guests must call the tour operator 24 hours before departure to confirm the tour time.
5) In the event of dangerous or inclement weather conditions or rain, all affected activities will be replaced with island tours.
6) The itinerary is subject to time and weather conditions.
7) Luggage is limited to a small, soft carry-on bag for one day.
8) The tour will only be guaranteed if the minimum number of people is met.
Recommended Items: Personal medication, bath towel, suitable walking shoes or slippers, bottled water, hat, warm clothing, swimsuit, camera, sunscreen, and mosquito repellent.

Cancellation Clauses
Once the application is completed, no replacements will be made.
Cancellations or postponements due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations, and the following cancellation terms will apply:
Cancellations made 15-35 days (including the 35th day) before the start of the trip will be subject to a 40% handling fee.
Cancellations made 7-14 days (including the 14th day) before the start of the trip will be subject to a 60% handling fee.
Cancellations made 3-6 days (including the 6th day) before the start of the trip will be subject to an 80% handling fee.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the start of the trip will not be refunded.
If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. Participants may choose to reschedule their participation or receive a refund after deducting necessary expenses.
If participation is cancelled during the event due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refund will be given.
