Travel Notes

- If you require hotel pickup in Taipei or Taoyuan, please fill in the "Meeting Location" field during registration.
- Pre-trip instructions and contact information will be provided prior to departure; please check your member inbox.
- Please arrive on time on the day of the event. No refunds will be given if you are unable to meet up or are separated from the group due to personal reasons.

The cost includes:

- 9-person transportation (Taipei Main Station/Hotel in Taipei or Taoyuan City)
- Daxi Old Tea Factory admission ticket & professional guided tour
- Daxi Orchid Room tea tasting (including tea brewing instruction and snack tasting)
- Lunch: Teahouse specialty cuisine
- Insurance (NT$2 million travel liability insurance, NT$200,000 medical insurance)

The cost does not include:

- Any expenses not specified in this itinerary, any expenses arising from recommended, self-funded or free itinerary

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 41 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 5% handling fee.

Cancellations made 31-40 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 10% handling fee.

Cancellations made 21-30 days (including the 30th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 20% handling fee.

Cancellations made 2-20 days (including the 20th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1 day prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 2 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 2 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a 20% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1 day prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Refunds are not available on the start date of the trip.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Requests for rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refund will be given.

Getting There

You'll meet up at Taipei Main Station for your departure. Pickup is also available at your Taipei/Taoyuan accommodation. Please fill in your "Meet Up Location" in the booking form after booking to arrange this.
