[Booking Instructions]
． The age limit for the Northeast Corner Elephant Trunk Rock canoeing activity is 6 years and older. For safety reasons, minors aged 6-18 must be accompanied by a parent. Unaccompanied minors will not be permitted. Children aged 6-15 must ride in a double canoe with a parent. Those aged 16 and older and in good physical condition may choose a single canoe.
． Please ensure you are in good health. Those with heart disease, high blood pressure, or other serious illnesses are not suitable for this experience and should not register.
． The meeting time for the sunrise group is tentatively scheduled for 05:00, but may be adjusted to 30 minutes earlier or later to accommodate sunrise. Please follow the instructions provided before the trip.
． The meeting times for other groups may be adjusted by half an hour due to factors such as season, number of participants, and service quality. Any changes will be confirmed individually after registration and notified in the pre-trip notification.
． If you do not have transportation, you can purchase the "Taipei Main Station Shared Ride Shuttle" service. The shuttle meeting point is Taipei Main Station East Gate 3. Each shuttle requires a minimum of 4 people to depart. If the group is insufficient, a refund will be given 3 days in advance. Please find alternative transportation. This cannot be used as a reason for cancellation.
[Group Rules]
． This activity requires 6 people per group. If the group is insufficient, a rescheduling, reservation, or refund will be provided at least 3 days in advance.
． Each group is capped at 30 people. Those exceeding the limit will depart as separate groups.
[Activity Instructions]
． The Northeast Corner Elephant Trunk Rock kayaking experience is an outdoor activity. To protect the natural environment, changing tents are provided after the activity, or guests can choose to change clothes and wash at various on-site shower facilities at their own expense.


Travelers traveling in spring and autumn who are sensitive to cold weather can purchase and rent cold-weather clothing during booking and arrive at the meeting point early to pick it up and change into new clothes.


If you wish to bring a pet, small or medium-sized dogs are preferred. Please confirm in advance that your pet is water-tolerant. One pet is allowed per boat, and you must provide and care for your pet's own life jacket. Pets without a life jacket will not be allowed to participate.


The snorkeling included in the Elephant Trunk Rock kayaking experience is a complimentary activity and will be scheduled based on weather conditions and group availability. Cancellations are non-refundable.


If the pre-trip training has begun and completed, and the group has already departed, there will be no refunds for guests who are unable to join or are absent due to delays.

Activity arrangements are subject to change based on participant availability, facility conditions, and weather conditions, with safety and overall quality being paramount.

• During the activity, if weather or sea conditions are inadequate, please follow the instructions of the instructor and group leader.

• If the activity is delayed due to sudden weather changes, safety concerns, or personal reasons, no refunds will be given.

• If the on-site instructor determines that sea conditions are unsuitable or safety concerns prevent the trip, the activity will be canceled. A refund will be made after deducting a portion of personnel and administrative insurance fees of NT$100 per person.
