Giethoorn Day Tour Costs

Note: Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure. Late arrivals will not be accommodated.

Giethoorn Day Tour Cancellation Policy
▲ Refund Details for Last-Minute Cancellations (or Changes):
- Cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the tour start date will receive a full refund without any deductions.
- Cancellations made between 14 and 8 days prior to the tour start date will incur a 50% deduction.
- Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the tour start date will incur a 100% deduction.
- Changes to the tour date or tour number made between 10 and 5 days prior to the tour start date will incur a 50% handling fee.
- Any changes to the tour date or tour number within 4 to 30 days of the tour start date will not be accepted and will be considered a cancellation.

▲Notes on the Giethoorn Day Tour:
- The Giethoorn Day Tour features a Chinese audio guide on board, and a Chinese-speaking assistant will be available to assist you.
- Please present your tour ticket before boarding the Giethoorn Day Tour. Late arrivals will result in non-refundable tour fees and the company will not be held responsible.
- Participants of the Giethoorn Day Tour are responsible for bringing their own valid travel documents (passports) and visas, valid for at least six months from the departure date. Our company is not responsible for any circumstances or reasons related to immigration (customs) refusal of entry. All losses are the sole responsibility of the participants, and the tour fee is non-refundable.
- As there is no reserved space for luggage on the Giethoorn Day Tour bus, please do not bring suitcases or luggage.
- Please refrain from bringing valuables and expensive jewelry. Valuable items and documents should be kept with you and are your own responsibility. Our company, driver, and tour leader are not responsible for any loss.
- Children aged 0-2 on the Giethoorn Day Tour must bring their own baby seat. - Please bring your own personal medication if necessary.
- Meals and entrance fees are your own expense during the Giethoorn day trip. Please refer to the itinerary for reference and calculate your own costs. Please bring an appropriate amount of local currency for use during the trip.
- All participants must abide by the laws of each country. The carrying of illicit goods for profit and illegal items is strictly prohibited.
- The company will not refund or be held responsible for any participant's request to depart, return individually, or leave the tour for any reason.
- If any participant intentionally obstructs the tour leader's work, endangers the personal safety of others, or disrupts the normal activities and interests of the group, the tour leader reserves the right, depending on the circumstances or with the majority of the participants, to disqualify the participant and order the participant to leave the tour. Any uncompleted portion of the tour will not be refunded, and the company will not be held responsible for any actions taken after the participant's departure.
- If the bus is delayed due to an accident or traffic jam, the itinerary will be adjusted. Participants may not object or withdraw from the tour under any pretext. If the tour is delayed due to bad weather, strikes, or unexpected events, the tour fee will be refunded, but participants may not seek compensation under any pretext.
- The tour guide is for reference only. The company may make appropriate adjustments to the tour itinerary and location based on actual circumstances. We do not rule out the possibility of cancellations due to tourist attraction closures or local holidays. Tour members should accept this and accept no objection.
- The various transportation and hotels used by the company, such as airplanes, ships, trains, and buses, each have their own policies regarding the safety of participants and the loss of luggage. Lost luggage, accidental injury, and property damage will be handled according to their own policies and are not the responsibility of the company.
- Participants are advised to purchase their own travel insurance and luggage insurance.
