Note: Tour participants can choose to purchase tickets based on their preference; this is not mandatory.
Note: Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals will not be accepted.
Tipping Policy: The driver and tour leader provide excellent service and attentive care throughout the tour. Please tip them at the end of the tour to express your gratitude. Following European custom, each participant is required to tip the driver and tour leader a minimum of €4 per day (same for adults and children).
★ Refund rules for temporary cancellation (or change):
(1) If you cancel your registration 15 days before the date of the tour, no deduction will be made and the tour fee will be fully refunded;
(2) If you cancel your registration between 14 and 8 days before the date of the tour, 50% of the total tour fee will be deducted;
(3) If you cancel your registration between 07 and 0 days before the date of the tour, 100% of the total tour fee will be deducted;
(4) If you need to change the tour date or tour number between 10 and 5 days after the date of the tour, an additional 50% of the tour fee will be charged as a handling fee
(5) If you need to change the tour date or tour number between 04 and 0 days after the date of the tour, no changes will be accepted and the registration will be cancelled
Notes:
(1) The driver and tour guide will provide sincere service and care to all participants along the way. Please give them tips before the end of the trip to express your gratitude. According to European customs, each participant must give the driver and tour guide a minimum of 4 Euros (same price for adults and children).
(2) Please present your tour ticket before boarding. If you do not show up on time, the tour fee will not be refunded and the company will not be responsible.
(3) Participants are responsible for bringing their own valid travel documents (passports) and visas, which must be valid for at least six months from the date of departure. If you are denied entry by the immigration department (customs) under any circumstances or for any reason, the company will not be held responsible. All losses will be borne by the participants themselves and the tour fee will not be refunded.
(4) As there is no space reserved for luggage on the one-day tour bus, please do not bring suitcases or luggage on the tour.
(5) Please avoid bringing valuables and expensive jewelry. Please carry valuables and documents with you and keep them safe. The company, driver, and tour leader will not be responsible for any loss.
(6) Please bring your own medication if necessary.
(7) Meals and tickets are all at your own expense during the trip. Please refer to the reference fees in the itinerary and calculate them yourself. Please bring an appropriate amount of local currency for use during the trip.
(8) All participants must abide by the laws of each country. It is strictly prohibited to carry private goods for profit and illegal items.
(9) If a participant requests to depart on their own, return individually, or leave the group midway under any circumstances or for personal reasons, the company will not refund or be responsible.
(10) If any participant deliberately obstructs the work of the tour leader, endangers the personal safety of others, or affects the normal activities and interests of the group, the tour leader has the right to cancel his/her group membership based on the specific circumstances or with the consent of the majority of the participants, and order the participant to leave the group. The remaining amount of the uncompleted part of the trip will not be refunded, and the company will not be held responsible for any actions taken after the participant leaves the group.
(11) If the bus is delayed due to an accident or traffic jam, the itinerary must be slightly modified. Participants may not object or withdraw from the tour on any grounds. If the tour cannot depart as scheduled due to bad weather, strikes or sudden accidents, the tour fee will be refunded, but participants may not ask for compensation on any grounds.
(12) The tour regulations are for reference only. The company will make appropriate arrangements and adjustments to the tour procedures and locations based on the actual situation. The company does not rule out the possibility of canceling the program due to holiday or local festival closures. Group members should accept this and not object.
(13) The various types of sightseeing transportation and hotels used by the company, such as airplanes, ships, trains or buses, have different regulations for the safety of participants and the loss of luggage. Each agency has different regulations to be responsible for the participants. Luggage loss, accidental injury and property damage should be resolved according to the regulations established by each agency and the company has no involvement.
(14) It is recommended that participants purchase their own travel insurance and luggage insurance. For details on the insurance procedures, please contact the travel agency where you registered or directly with our company.
Cancellation Clauses
Cancellations made 31 days prior to the start of a trip will incur a 10% handling fee.
Cancellations made 21-30 days (including the 30th day) prior to the start of a trip will incur a 20% handling fee.
Cancellations made 11-20 days (including the 20th day) prior to the start of a trip will incur a 30% handling fee.
Cancellations made 4-10 days (including the 10th day) prior to the start of a trip will incur a 50% handling fee.
Cancellations made 3 days prior to the start of a trip (including the 1st day) will incur a 100% handling fee.
Cancellations made on the day of the trip are non-refundable.
If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.
Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy above.
If the participant cancels the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
Cancellations made 14 days prior to booking will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 10-13 days before the booking date will receive a 70% refund.
Cancellations made 7-9 days before the booking date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made 4-6 days before the booking date will receive a 40% refund.
Cancellations made 2-3 days before the scheduled date will receive a 30% refund.
Cancellations made 1 day before the scheduled date will receive a 20% refund.
Cancellations made on the scheduled date will not receive a refund.
Getting There

● Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes early. Late arrivals will not be accommodated and no refunds will be given.
● Groups of 1-7 will use a 9-seater vehicle, including a Chinese-speaking driver and guide.
● Groups of 8 or more will use a tour bus, including a professional driver and Chinese-speaking guide.
