▲Refund Rules for Temporary Cancellation (or Change):
- Cancellation within 15 days from the date of registration will be refunded without any deduction;
- (2) Cancellation within 14 to 8 days from the date of registration will be refunded 50% of the total tour fee;
- (3) Cancellation within 07 to 0 days from the date of registration will be refunded 100% of the total tour fee;
- (4) If the tour date or group number needs to be changed within 10 to 5 days from the date of registration, an additional 50% of the tour fee will be charged as a handling fee
- (5) If the tour date or group number needs to be changed within 04 to 0 days from the date of registration, no changes will be accepted and the tour will be considered as a cancellation

- The One-Day Chinese Tour of the Loire Valley in France will have Chinese audio commentary on board and a Chinese assistant will be on hand to serve you.
- Please present your ticket before boarding the Loire Valley Tour in Chinese. If you fail to do so, the tour fee will not be refunded and the company will not be held responsible.
- Participants of the Loire Valley Tour in Chinese are responsible for bringing their own valid travel documents (passports) and visas, valid for at least six months from the date of departure. The company will not be held responsible for any loss or denial of entry by immigration (customs) authorities under any circumstances or for any reason. The tour fee will not be refunded.
- As there is no reserved luggage space on the Loire Valley Tour in Chinese buses, please do not bring suitcases or luggage.
- Please avoid bringing valuables and expensive jewelry. Valuables and documents should be kept with you and are your own responsibility. The company, driver, or tour leader will not be responsible for any loss.
- Children aged 0-2 must bring their own baby seat.
- Please bring personal medication if necessary. - Meals and entrance fees are at your own expense during this one-day tour of the Loire Valley in France. Please refer to the itinerary for reference and calculate your own fares. Please bring an appropriate amount of local currency for travel.
- All participants must abide by the laws of each country. Private goods for profit and illegal items are strictly prohibited.
- The company will not refund or be held responsible for any participant's request to depart, return, or leave the tour for any reason.
- If any participant intentionally obstructs the tour leader's work, endangers the personal safety of others, or disrupts the normal activities and interests of the group, the tour leader, depending on the circumstances or with the consent of the majority of participants, reserves the right to disqualify the participant and order the participant to leave the tour. Any uncompleted portion of the tour will not be refunded, and the company will not be held responsible for any actions taken after the participant's departure.
- If the bus departure time is delayed due to an accident or traffic jam, the itinerary will be adjusted. Participants may not object or withdraw from the tour under any pretext. If the tour is delayed due to bad weather, strikes, or unexpected events, the tour fee will be refunded, but participants may not seek compensation under any pretext.
- The tour itinerary is for reference only. The company may make appropriate arrangements and adjustments to the tour itinerary and location based on actual circumstances. We do not rule out the possibility of cancellations due to tourist attraction closures or local holidays. Participants should accept these adjustments and accept no objections.
- The various transportation and hotels used by the company, such as airplanes, ships, trains, and buses, each have their own policies regarding participant safety and luggage loss, and are responsible for their respective obligations. Lost luggage, accidental injury, and property damage will be handled according to their own policies and are not the responsibility of the company.
- Participants are advised to purchase their own travel insurance and luggage insurance. For details on insurance, please contact the travel agency or the company directly.
